Melodics refund policy
We want you to be happy with your Melodics experience. If you change your mind, here is how refunds work.
Our 14-day refund window
You can request a refund within 14 days of the invoice date on any Melodics subscription. This applies to all subscriptions, including renewals. So if you were charged for a renewal you did not intend to keep, you have 14 days from that renewal date to request a refund.
How to request a refund
Get in touch with our team using the chat on this page and let us know you would like a refund. Have the email address on your Melodics account ready so we can find your subscription quickly. If you are within the 14-day window, we will take care of it for you.
Purchases made through the Apple App Store
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, your payment is managed by Apple. Refunds for those purchases need to be requested from Apple directly rather than from Melodics. You can request an App Store refund through Apple support.
If it has been more than 14 days
Once it has been more than 14 days since your invoice, the refund window has passed. You can still cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Cancelling keeps your access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and all your progress is saved if you decide to come back.
Avoiding an unwanted renewal
All Melodics subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled beforehand. We always email you before a renewal so you have time to cancel if you do not want to continue. If you know you want to stop, you can cancel anytime from your account, and you will keep access until the end of your current period.
