Hit the "Send reset code" button.
Check your email: After submitting your password reset request, check your email inbox for a message from our platform. This email contains your reset code.
Copy the reset code from the email and enter it on the forgotten password screen on the website.
Choose a new password: Once you have accessed the password reset page, choose a new password for your account. Select a strong password that is both secure and memorable.
Confirm the password change.

Verify the email address: Double-check that you have entered the correct email address associated with your account. Even a minor typo can prevent the email from reaching you.
