Having trouble logging in? Struggling with a forgotten password? Use our secure, easy password reset process outlined in this support article to regain access.

Resetting Your Password

  1. Click on "Forgot your password?"

  2. Enter your email address. Make sure this email address is the same one associated with your Melodics account.

  3. Hit the "Send reset code" button.

  4. Check your email: After submitting your password reset request, check your email inbox for a message from our platform. This email contains your reset code.

  5. Copy the reset code from the email and enter it on the forgotten password screen on the website.

  6. Choose a new password: Once you have accessed the password reset page, choose a new password for your account. Select a strong password that is both secure and memorable.

  7. Confirm the password change.

Having trouble? Please consider the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Verify the email address: Double-check that you have entered the correct email address associated with your account. Even a minor typo can prevent the email from reaching you.

  2. Check your spam or junk folder: Emails from unknown senders or automated systems may sometimes end up in your spam or junk folder. Make sure to look for the password reset email in these folders and mark it as "Not Spam" if necessary.

  3. If you have requested a password reset code multiple times, please ensure you are using the latest code sent. Subsequent codes will invalidate previous codes.

  4. Some adblockers and other browser extensions can cause issues. Try disabling extensions, using a different browser, or whitelisting "account.melodics.com" in your adblocker preferences.
