What are Trophies?

The more effort you put in, the more Trophies you’ll earn. Track your effort by viewing your Trophies in the Progress screen.

Research and experience tells us that consistent practice – even of short, 5 minute sessions every day – beats longer, multi-hour marathons that might be days or weeks apart.

Progress

To help with building up your practice consistency, Melodics sets you a Daily Goal for just a minimum of 5 minute sessions per day. You can of course play longer than that in any session (as long as you want to, go for it!), but the main thing is that you don’t overdo it, burn out, or hit a wall.

The key path to making sustained progress on your learning journey is to play regularly, but on a schedule that works for you – because we know, the excitement of life can (and should) get in the way too!

Earning trophies for your play time

As you put in 5 minute sessions on different days, we’ll let you know when you reach milestones along your journey. These are Trophies you’ve earned – your accumulation of progress every time you hit that Daily Goal!

You’ll receive your first Trophy after accumulating 3 days, then 5, 7, and 10. Later on the Trophies will come a little further apart - at 45, 50, 60 days, and ongoing. Every time you reach one of these Trophies, you’ll get a special post-play screen congratulating your hard work.

Trophies

And the great thing is with Trophies, if you skip a couple of days between sessions, no problem! Your progress is always right where you left off.

You can keep track of all the Trophies you’ve earned throughout your musical journey in Melodics’ Progress screen, along with a progress bar to hint at how long until you might hit the next one.

Each Trophy is a source of pride for you; a true sign of your dedication to getting better on your instrument, and celebrating all the work you’ve put in to get there!
