Troubleshooting Steps
Factory Reset Your Keyboard
Perform a factory reset on your keyboard. Refer to your user manual or find instructions on this guide.Check Your USB Cable
The length and quality of your USB cable can impact performance. Use a shorter (no longer than 2 meters) or higher-quality cable.
Avoid using USB hubs or extension cables; connect your keyboard directly to your computer.
Test MIDI Output
To check if your keyboard is sending MIDI signals, download a MIDI monitor tool:
MacOS: MIDI Monitor
Windows: MIDI-OX
Install the tool, open it, and press a few keys on your keyboard. If the notes register, your keyboard is working correctly.
