Trouble accessing the chat?

If the chat widget isn’t showing or isn’t working as expected, it’s often due to browser extensions blocking it.

Here are a couple of things to try:

  • Disable any Adblockers or Javascript blockers you may have enabled. These can prevent the chat from loading properly.

  • Try using a different browser or switch to incognito/private browsing mode.

  • Refresh the page after making changes.
